| Position Summary / Responsibilities: | ||||
| Manufacturing company needing a general office assistant. Candidate will need to be a multi-tasker, have great phone skills, attention to detail. Will be ordering inventory and checking all order pricing against invoices. Knowledge of Word and Excel would be extremely beneficial. Good data entry skills also a must. Peachtree experience helpful but not required. Must have either ability to quickly learn parts to order for the facility. Must have the flexibility to float to other departments as needed and have solid general office skills. Basic bookkeeping and any payroll skills would be preferred. (32986) | ||||
