Executive Assistant

Position Summary / Responsibilities:
 

Qualified applicants must have at least 5 years experience in performing Administrative Assistant duties to include providing support to the General Manager and his team, manage calendars and appointments, gather data and compile reports, prepare presentations, compose correspondence, order and track agricultural and office materials, organize meetings and correspond with vendors, send out bids and compile results. In addition this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in computer network maintenance and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint software. A basic working knowledge of agricultural operations is a plus but not required.

 

This job is performed in a normal office environment; it may include the need to be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
