| Position Summary / Responsibilities: | ||||

1. New residential apt. complex seeking Leasing Agent Assistant. Previous exp. and sales exp. a plus but not necessary. Must have good general office skills, bilingual (Spanish) also a plus. Must have experience in Word and Excel. Seeking someone with customer service experience with a cheerful personality. Preferably someone that can work a flexible shift that can be available some weekends and evenings. ES ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS: Able to lift 20 lbs, stand, bend, and stoop. Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
