For proof of employment, you can get this by:

• Going online @ www.theworknumber.com or calling 1-800-367-5690

• Sunshine Staffing's Employer Code is: 14611

• Your Social Security Number

For proof on income, in most instances will will release your income information via a signed release form as part of an application process. In limited situations, you may be required to create a ssalary key. The following, are the steps to create a Salary Key:

• Visit www.theworknumber.com/employees or call 1-800-367-2884

• Enter: Sunshine Staffing Employer Code: 14611

• Your Social Security Number (SSN)

• You PIN #: Last 6 digits of your SSN

• Select to "Create a Salary Key" - write down the salary key provided

• Give your verifier the salary key and ask them to visit www.the worknumber.com or call 1-800-367-5690.

If you are unable to go to work for ANY reason, you must call at least TWO HOURS prior to the start of your shift. If the office is closed, you MUST leave a message on our 24 hours answering machine.

All payroll is processed at our corporate South Lakeland location. Our payroll schedule is as follows:

• Your TIME must be submitted by 3:00 PM on MONDAYS. Checks wills be Direct Deposited either through a bank or through a pay card.
